Plaintiff’s claim The plaintiff sues as the administratrix of the estate of her late father Emmanuel Stephen Bulley. It is her case that the father in his lifetime owned a parcel of land situate at Mile 10-11, New Weija which he acquired in 1964 from the James Town Stool acting by its then paramount chief Nii Adja Kwao II. When her father acquired the land, he went into immediate possession, erected corner pillars and constructed a building on part of the land. Her father later registered the documents covering the land and was given the Land Registry Number 1945/1972. The plaintiff asserts that upon the death of her father on 3rd February 1998, she subsequently applied for and was granted Letters of Administration by the High Court, Accra on 29th May 2015 to administer the estate of her late father. After that, she vested the property in herself by a Vesting Assent duly executed. The plaintiff asserts that the defendant who is her maternal sister has trespassed on the land.....
