WHEREAS by a writ of summons and statement of claim filed on the 13th day of December, 2018, the Plaintiff claimed against the Defendants the following reliefs: a. Declaration of title to the Property No. L/15 Link Road, Baatsona, Spintex Road in favour of the Plaintiff. b. An order of interlocutory injunction directed at the 3rd Defendant, their agents and assigns from going ahead with the Auction Scheduled for the 20th day of December, 2018 until the final determination of this suit. c. An order of perpetual injunction directed against Defendants, their agents and assigns from dealing with the said property or transferring same to a third party. d. Costs including legal fees.
