By their amended writ of summons filed on the 27th day of August, 2014 the plaintiffs sought the following reliefs from this court namely: 1. Declaration of title to four plots of land situate and lying at New Nungua/Nmai Dzorm and also called and known as New Legon with boundaries and measurements given. 2. Recovery of possession. 3. General damages for trespass. 4. Special damages for damage caused to plaintiffs property including padlocks, wall and crops totaling GH¢6,200.00. 5.
