The Plaintiff on 25th July, 2019 took out a writ of summons from the Registry of this court against the Defendants. This was accompanied by a seven-paragraph statement of claim. The Plaintiff is seeking the following reliefs from this court. i) A declaration that the judgment of the District court dated 4th January, 2018 presided over by his worship Dr. Worlanyoh Kotoku is a nullity. ii) An order setting aside the said judgment. iii) Injunction restraining the Defendants from recovering possession of the shop from Plaintiff. The Defendants entered appearance and filed defence to the action. Subsequently the parties agreed on one issue to be determined by the Court.
