The Plaintiff sued the Defendants on the 12th day of April 2019 seeking the following reliefs from the Court: i) A declaration that the Plaintiff is the lawful owner of all that piece or parcel of land covering an approximate area of 11.239 acres more or less being parcel No 1, Block 10 section 132/2 situate at Oyarifa in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana. ii) An order of the Court directed at the Defendants, restraining them, their assigns, agents and privies from constructing a road through the plaintiff’s house. iii) An order of the Court directed at the Defendants, restraining them, their assigns agents and privies from demolishing the Plaintiff’s house. iv) A perpetual injunction against the Defendants, their agents and privies from entering or otherwise dealing with the piece or parcel of land and from disturbing the Plaintiff’s use and quiet enjoyment or possession of the piece or parcel of land which is the subject matter of this suit.
