The Defendants/Applicants on the 28th June, 2019 filed an application praying this court for an order to disjoin the 1st and 2nd Defendants herein from the suit and for a further order joining the administrators of the estate of the late Mallam Zarku Baki who are Jamilatu Osman and Alimatu Zaku and the administrators of the estate of the late Chief Abudu Something who are Issifu Abdul Kaka (a.k.a Issifu Abdul), Nuhu Baki and Zenab Baki (Hereafter the Administrators) as the Defendants in this suit.
