The Plaintiff took out a writ of summons against the Defendant from the Registry of this court on the 19th day of June, 2018 seeking the following reliefs: I) A declaration of title to a piece of land lying at Sakumonaa (Mallam Junction) in the Ga South District of the Greater Accra Region with named boundaries and containing an approximate area of 0.21 acre. II) Special damages of GH¢26,200.00. III) Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant its agents, assigns, workmen etc from disturbing Plaintiff’s quiet enjoyment. IV) Costs inclusive of legal and administrative cost. The writ was accompanied by a twenty-three (23) paragraph statement of claim.
