The Plaintiff took out a writ of summons against the Defendant from the Registry of this court on the 23rd day of October, 2018. This was accompanied by an eight-paragraph statement of claim. The Plaintiff claimed against the Defendants as follows: a) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Oyarifa-Accra in The Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana covering an area of 0.303 acre more or less sold by Kuottam Construction Ltd to the Plaintiff. b) Recovery of possession of the said land from the defendants. c) Damages for trespass. d) Perpetual injunction Restraining the Defendants their agents, assigns and successors-in-title from dealing with the land in any way. e) Cost on full indemnity basis. f) Any other relief(s) this Honourable Court may deem fit.
