LEONARD K. A. ACOLATSE AND MRS. JOYCE S. ACOLATSE vs. GREAT COMMISSION CHURCH INTERNATIONAL

On the 24th day of March, 2016, the Plaintiffs took out a Writ of Summon, which was accompanied by a Statement of Claim against the Defendant seeking the following reliefs: i. An order for declaration of title over the excess land belonging to the Plaintiffs that is 2.45 acres described as all THAT PIECE AND PARCEL of land being at Ashaley Botwe, Accra and with boundaries described and given in the writ. ii. An order perpetually restraining the Defendant, its assigns, privies, agents and all claiming through the Defendant herein from having anything to do with the Plaintiffs land. iii. Costs. There were two later amendments to the Plaintiffs Statement of Claim and the last amended Statement of Claim was filed on the 1st day of November, 2016.
