MERCY ARMAH (PER HER LAWFUL ATTORNEY PATIENCE ARMAH) vs. SAMUEL PENU
The Plaintiff through her attorney Patience Armah brought this action against the Defendant seeking the following reliefs from the Court. i) A declaration of title to a piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Oblogo containing an approximate area of 0.31 acre with named boundaries. ii) Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant his workmen, assigns and privies from encroaching and trespassing on the said land. iii) Damages for trespass. iv) Cost of litigation including solicitors cost. Subsequently, the Plaintiff applied for an order of Interlocutory Injunction against the Defendant. The Plaintiff/Applicant relied on conveyance made to her by Nii Okpe IV the then Dzasetse and Acting James town Mantse on 23rd February, 1984 which was confirmed by a Confirmatory Deed dated 15th March, 2008 and executed by Rev.
