MOSES NARH TETTEH, NAOMI DEDE NARH AND SAMUEL NARH vs. MATTHEW GLOVER

Plaintiffs claim their father was the chief of Sebrepor and head of the Narh Tetteh Family which is the allodial owner of Sebrepor Lands and the grantor of every person who is in possession of any part of Sebrepor Lands. That their father built a house on part of Sebrepor land in extent of 1.4 acres which is bounded on all sides by Narh Tetteh family lands. Their father also allowed a certain prophetess a licence to erect a temporary structure on part of the land within his house. The said prophetess has however vacated the said land after the death of their father and the defendant is laying claim to a parcel of land located within their father’s house at Sebrepor near Michel Camp and when challenged the Defendant claimed that their father sold the land to him in his lifetime. The Defendant has commenced development on the land and unless restrained by the court, he will continue to develop the said piece of land and thereby making it impossible for the Plaintiffs family to us.....
