Two persons namely Numo Obeney Kodjo Okan Sraha as head of the Obeney We family of Teshie and Sraha and Numo Sowah Obeney alias Osabu Wulomo of La and Teshie instituted this action for themselves and members of the Obeney We Family of Teshie. The Writ of Summons was amended and the Lands Commission was substituted for The Land Title Registration Division of the Lands Commission. Again, the Plaintiffs amended the Writ of Summons originally issued on the 19th day of October 2010 to substitute Madam Fofo Obeney Okan Sraha for the Original first Plaintiff who had passed on.
