On this docket we have the following: Motion on notice for review of ruling dated 15th July, 2019. This ruling is in respect of the joinder of Audrey Quarcoopoom and Seth Duncan as 3rd and 4th Defendants. Applicant for review application dated 18th July, 2019 wants this court to review this order for joinder and allow them to file a supplementary affidavit regarding a ruling given by His Lordship Justice Osei Tutu.
