The Plaintiff/Judgment/Creditor/Respondent issued a writ of summons accompanied with a statement of claim on the 22nd day of October, 2014 against the three Defendants. The Plaintiff obtained judgment against the Defendants on the 12th day of July 2017. The 1st Defendant applied to this court to set aside an order for substituted service dated 3rd July 2014 and the judgment of the Court dated 12th July 2017. This application was dismissed by the court on the 21st day of November, 2018. Feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied with the ruling of the Court dated 21st day of November, 2018 the 1st Defendant/Judgment Debtor has appealed against same to the Court of appeal.
