On October 8th, 2019, the Plaintiff/Applicant (“Applicant”) filed the present application for an order of interlocutory injunction under Order 25 rule 1(3) of the High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2004 (C.I. 47) seeking to restrain the Defendant/Respondent (“Respondent”), his servants, agents, assigns, privies, successors, contractors, workmen and all those claiming through him from operating the Dental Clinic under the name and style of GAB and/or GAAB Enterprise in the premises and/or office space owned by Applicant until the final determination of this suit, upon grounds stated in the accompanying affidavit.
