Further to the Plaintiffs’ writ of summons issued on June 7, 2019 at the registry of this Court for the reliefs set out here below, i. An order to compel the Defendants to account for their stewardship of the estate of the late James Kwame Mensah. ii. An order of perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendants herein, whether by themselves, their agents or privies from dealing with the estate of the late James Kwame Mensah, in the manner that would be detrimental to the interest of the Plaintiffs, the Defendants/Applicants (hereafter, “Applicants”) after entering conditional appearance to the suit through counsel on June 25, 2019, filed a statement of defence and counterclaim on July 15, 2019.
