The Plaintiff initially sued only the first Defendant before the second and third Defendants were joined to the suit. In the amended Statement of Claim filed on 31st October 2017, the Plaintiff sought the following reliefs: a. A Declaration of title to a parcel of land No. 11097, Block II, section 163, Odorkor Tsuim, Accra with an approximate area of 0.16 acre. b. An order compelling the first Defendant to pay rent to the Plaintiff for the years he has used the said land for his fitting vocation. c. An order for damages for trespass. d. An order for perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendants and their agents, assigns, and privies from interference with the Plaintiff’s land. e. An order for Recovery of Possession. f. Costs.
