GEORGE PERIGRINO vs. ARABA ODOOM

On 26th September 2018, the Plaintiff caused a writ of summons and a statement of claim to be issued from the Registry of this Court against the Defendant for the following reliefs: a. A Declaration of title to the land covered by his indenture dated 15th day of January 2006 and measures 0.32 acre. b. Further or in the alternative to a) a declaration that the Plaintiff is better entitled to the possession of the land in dispute more than the defendant. c. Damages for trespass. d. An order to demolish the uncompleted structure of the defendant. e. Perpetual injunction against the defendant, her workmen, privies, assigns and any person tracing his and/or her being on the land through the defendant. f. Costs including lawyer’s fees. The writ was served personally on the Defendant on 2nd October 2018. On 12th October 2018, the Defendant caused her lawyer, Leslie J.
