The Plaintiff commenced this action on the 22nd March 2018 seeking the following reliefs: a. A Declaration that the Deed of Gift registered by the 2nd Defendant as AR/5660/2004 dated 15/11/1993 purportedly made between the Plaintiff as donor and the 1st Defendant as donee is a forged document procured by fraud and of no legal validity or effect. b. An order to the 2nd Defendant to produce the said Deed of Gift to the Court for cancellation of same. c. An order directed at the Second Defendant to expunge the said purported Deed of Gift registered by the 1st Defendant aforementioned from its official records. d. Legal costs. The second Defendant entered an appearance on 11th May 2018, but did not file any defence. The first Defendant on his part defaulted to enter an appearance.
