On 27th October 2014, the Plaintiff commenced this action per his lawful attorney. It appears that the writ of Summons was amended on three (3) different occasions; being on the 29th February 2016, 3rd June 2016 and 29th March 2019. In the final amendment pursuant to a Court’s Order dated 27th March 2019, the following were the reliefs endorsed on the Writ: a. A declaration of title to a 0.37 acre land at Odorkor-Tsuim now known as Kwashieman Been-To Accra b. An order for recovery of possession c. An order for damages for trespass d. Perpetual Injunction against the Defendants, their agents, privies, assigns or servants from interfering with the Plaintiff’s land e. An order for demolition f. Costs Although the first Defendant filed his Statement of Defence and a Counterclaim, he failed to attend Court, despite being served with several hearing notices.
