The four Plaintiffs in this suit took out a writ of summons at the Registry of this Court against the four Defendants on the 15th day of February, 2018. This was accompanied by a statement of claim. Upon service of the writ on him, the 2nd Defendant entered conditional appearance and subsequently brought the instant application for an order to set aside the writ of summons. In the accompanying affidavit in support of the application, the reasons for the application were deposed to at paragraphs 4, 5, 6 and 7 as follows: 4.
