SAAMAH PLUMBING & CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED vs. FUNLAND LIMITED

By its Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim filed on 28th February, 2019 the Plaintiff sought the following reliefs against the defendant: a) A declaration that the land described in the schedule annexed to the Plaintiff’s Statement of Claim is the property of the Plaintiff having lawfully acquired it from the Nii Odoitso Odoi Kwao Family. b) A declaration that the Land Certificate No. GA.28755 issued to the Defendant is wrongful. c) An order setting aside and/or cancelling the said Land Certificate No. GA.28755 in favour of the Defendant from the records of the Land Registration Division of the Lands Commission as same is void and/or wrongful. d) And order directed at the Lands Commission to expunge from its records the said Land Certificate No. GA.28755 in favour of the Defendant and anything incidental thereto. e) An ORDER OF PERPETUAL INJUNCTION restraining the Defendant whether by itself, its servants, agents, assigns or otherwise howsoever described from further trespa.....
