The case of the Plaintiffs is that on the 5th day of February, 2014 the Defendants executed a Court Order for Demolition dated the 19th day of July, 2013 which Demolition Order was granted in the case of Nii Nikoi Olai Amontia IV substituted by Daniel Ashie Kotei v Emmanuel Frady & 10 Ors. The Plaintiffs further averred that they were not parties to the said suit and that the said Demolition Order did not indicate where the demolition was to take place. It is also the case of the Plaintiffs that they acquired the land from the Awuley Mona Family and built their houses several years ago after the High Court made orders in favour of the Awuley Mona Family. Based on these facts the Plaintiffs per their Amended Statement of Claim dated 15th April, 2014 claim against the Defendants the following reliefs: A.
