The case of the Plaintiffs as captured by their Statement of Claim is that the Plaintiff Company formerly known as the Ghana Publishing Corporation is a Public Limited Liability Company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. And that Ghana Publishing Corporation was established as a body corporate by the Ghana Publishing Corporation Instrument, 1970, L. I. 672. That the Defendants were former employees of the then Ghana Publishing Corporation now Ghana Publishing Company. That the Defendants are occupants of the subject houses belonging to Plaintiff Company. It is the case of the Plaintiff that the Defendants occupation of the houses the subject matter of this suit is unlawful, illegal and amounts to trespass.
