The case of the Plaintiff as captured by his Statement of Claim is that he is the Gbese Mantse who was installed as such on 27th April, 2007 and gazetted on the 20th day of March, 2013 in the National Register of Chiefs. And that he brings this action for himself and on behalf of the Gbese Stool. That the 1st Defendant is a man who holds himself out as a Gbese Stool subject by reason that he belongs to the Akwashong section of Gbese (which is headed by Kwashong-tse Nii Aryee Ardefio), and further hails from Nyale Abordiamor We of the Dzaase Section of Gbese. The 2nd Defendant is a building contractor employed by the 1st Defendant and is engaged in the construction of the building, the subject matter of this action.
