On the 22nd day of April 2015, the Plaintiffs instituted the present action claiming the following reliefs against the Defendants: a) A declaration that the Plaintiffs are the bonafide owners of all that piece of land known as the site for the Accra Archdiocese of the Roman Catholic Church in Ghana situate at Dodowa in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana whereof at a point at the South West corner of Dodowa Roman Catholic Junior Secondary School building and running on a bearing of 2170051 for 242.0 feet to a pillar marked RCM1 being the commencement of the site and thence on a bearing of 1990351 for 177.5 feet to a pillar marked RCM2 and thence on a bearing of 1990351 for 177.5 feet to a pillar marked RCM3 and thence on a bearing of 2200351 for 147.0 feet to a pillar marked RCM4 and thence on a bearing of 20800351 for 115.0 feet to a pillar marked RCM5 at the bank of Dodowa stream and thence on a bearing of 2780051 for 186.0 feet to a pillar marked RCM6 and thence on a ...
