The Plaintiff, Daniel Kingsley, brought the instant action against the Defendants, Tawiah Adotey, Francis Polley and Opata Azu for the following reliefs; (a) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Pantang Abokobi Accra in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana and bounded on the North West by Abokobi cemetery measuring a total distance of 3,209.47 feet more or less on the North East by Okyirikombo Measuring a total distance of 1,952.34 feet more or less on the South East by Dakobi River measuring 1,760.25 feet more or less and on the South West by Abokobi land measuring 2,834.50 feet more or less and containing an approximate area of 132.09 acres.
