On October 12, 2018, the Plaintiff herein, filed at the Registry of this Court a writ of summons and the accompanying statement of claim, claiming against the Defendants, jointly and severally the following reliefs: “a. Recovery from the 1st Defendant the total amount of Six Hundred and Fifty-Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety-Nine Ghana Cedis (GH¢654,899.00) being outstanding indebtedness of the 1st Defendant from August 31, 2018; b.
