In this application, the Plaintiff/Applicant is praying the Court for an Order of Interlocutory Injunction in the form of a freezing or mareva order on accounts of the Defendants held by certain banks including Access Bank Limited, Accra, Ghana and National Investment Bank Limited, Accra Ghana to negate the duty of those bankers to pay out funds limited to the Defendants’ liability and being held by those banks among other consequential reliefs, pending the final determination of the suit which the Plaintiff/Applicant has filed against them. More specifically, the Plaintiff/Applicant seeks: “a.
