In this application, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 7th Defendants or Applicants are praying the court for an order directed at the Plaintiff or Respondent to produce certain listed documents and for service of same on the Applicants, which documents are within the possession or custody or power of the Respondent and relate to the cause or matter before the court, purportedly.
