REYSON GHANA LTD vs. LA TRADITIONAL COUNCIL AND CARLTON PROPERTIES LTD.

In this application, the Plaintiff/Applicant is praying the Court to grant it an Order of interlocutory injunction to restrain the Defendants/Respondents, either by themselves or their servants, agents, assigns or any other person however called, from: i. Developing or further developing or continuing to develop the eight (8) housing units constructed by Plaintiff/Applicant on the land, the subject matter of the sublease agreement between 1st Defendant/Respondent of the one part as sublessor and Plaintiff/Applicant and 2nd Defendant/Respondent of the other part as sublessees pending an assessment of the amount expended by Plaintiff/Applicant on the said units before Defendants/Respondents took over the units; and/or ii. Alienating, disposing off or in any way creating any third party interests in any of the eight (8) units of houses constructed on the land the subject matter of the sublease agreement between 1st Defendant/Respondent of the one part as sublessor and Plaintiff/Applican...
