In this application, the Plaintiff/Applicant, hereafter, the Plaintiff, is praying the court for an order of interlocutory injunction in the form of a freezing or mareva order on accounts and assets of the 1st Defendant/Respondent or 1st Defendant held by the Ghana Commercial Bank to negate the duty of those banks to pay out funds limited to the 1st Defendant’s liability and being held by that bank until the hearing of the substantive suit filed against the 1st Defendant is disposed of. I have read the affidavit of the Plaintiff in support of the application. I have also reviewed the statement of case failed by the Plaintiff as well as heard from his Counsel.
