TERMS OF SETTLEMENT WHEREAS 1. The Plaintiff filed a writ of summons and statement of claim against the Defendants on the 13th day of January 2017 and subsequently filed an amended writ and statement of claim on the 9th day of April, 2018, claiming against the Defendants the following reliefs: (a) Declaration of title to all piece and parcel of land containing an approximate area of 12.5 acre and bounded on the North-East by proposed road measuring 870 feet more or less and on the South-East by proposed road measuring a distance of 930 feet more or less, and on the South-West by proposed road measuring 590 feet more or less, and on the North-West by proposed road measuring 730 feet more or less; (b) Damages for trespass; (c) A perpetual injunction retaining Defendants, whether by themselves, their agents, workmen, assigns or others from entering onto the property or, in any manner whatsoever or dealing with the land the subject matter of this suit; (d) An order for the e...
