(SUIT NO FAL/924/13) The Plaintiff issued out a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim against one Kofi Siaw as 1st Defendant and Felices Garr as 2nd Defendant on 28th August 2013. Counsel for Defendants informed the Court on 14th June 2017 that 1st Defendant, Kofi Siaw had passed on and sought leave to have him substituted. After several months of stalling proceedings the Court granted Counsel for Plaintiff’s application and struck out 1st Defendant’s name on 27th October 2017. Felices Garr became the only Defendant in the case. Defendant later applied to be disjoined because he bought the land for his church whom he sought to be joined to the suit. The Court granted an order to join the Trustees for Christ Power Encounter International Ministries as 2nd Defendant. By the Amended Writ of Summons filed on 18th May 2018, Plaintiff prayed the Court for the following reliefs: a.
