(SUIT NO. FAL/484/15) Plaintiff filed this suit against Defendant on the 14th April 2015 claiming the following reliefs: 1. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land described in the schedule as “All that piece or parcel of land in extent of 44.9 hectares (111.01 acres) more or less situate at Katamanso in the Greater Accra Region of the Republic of Ghana aforesaid which said piece or parcel of land is more particularly delineated and edged pink in colour on Survey Plan No. Z9257 annexed to the Certificate.” 2. Recovery of possession. 3. Damages for trespass. 4. An order for demolition of all structures put up by Defendant at Defendant’s own cost or to reimburse Plaintiff for cost of demolition. 5.
