Plaintiff issued this Writ on the 27th March 2017 against the Defendant for the following reliefs endorsed: i. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land particulars of which are contained in paragraph 4 of the Statement of Claim. ii. An order awarding general damages against the Defendant for trespass to the said piece or parcel of land. iii. An order for recovery of possession of the portion of Plaintiff’s land occupied by the Defendant. iv. An order to compel the Defendant to demolish the structure he erected on Plaintiff’s land within 14 days of Judgment in favour of Plaintiff. v. An order of perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendant his agents, assigns, workmen, or any person or persons claiming through him from having anything to do with the said piece or parcel of land in dispute. vi.
