OLIVIA GONZALES AMOAH vs. ABRAHAM M. KWABENA (DCD), EMMANUEL O. MENSAH AND BRIGHT SENYO

Plaintiff took this Writ of Summons against the Defendants on 28th February 2014 seeking the following reliefs: a. A declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land described in paragraph 22 of the Statement of Claim as lying at Tessa Accra containing an approximate area of 0.35 acres or 0.14 hectares more or less bounded on the North-West by a proposed road measuring 156.6 feet more or less, on the North-East by Assignors land measuring 100.4 feet more or less, on the South-East by Assignors land measuring 149.9 feet more or less and the South-West by Assignors land measuring 101.5 feet more or less.. b. Recovery of possession of that piece or parcel of land situate and lying at Tessa described in paragraph 22 of Statement of Claim. c. Perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendants their agents, and assigns from interfering with the Plaintiff’s quiet enjoyment of her land. d. An order directed at the Lands Commission, Land Title Registry to cancel the Land Certificate .....
