COUNSEL FOR PLAINTIFF: We have before you a motion on notice for leave to amend the witness statement of Plaintiff by attaching exhibits. COUNSEL FOR DEFENDANTS: We are not opposed to the motion save that at paragraph 5 of the affidavit in support it stated that it is the norm that in witness statement the documents to be relied on are attached thereto and properly identified as the exhibits. We were thinking that he should have stated the law instead of the norm. BY COURT: The application for leave to amend Plaintiff’s witness statements by attaching exhibits is granted. Counsel for Plaintiff is to file the amended witness statement by the 28th of November 2019. For the avoidance of doubt, leave granted is for the limited purpose of attaching exhibits and no other. The suit is adjourned to 11th and 12th December 2019 at 12:00 pm for hearing.
