1 Background This is a criminal appeal against the judgment of the Circuit Court ‘A’, Tema dated 17 November 2015. The notice of appeal was filed on 3 November 2016 pursuant to leave the court granted on 26 October 2016. It is uncertain what happened thereafter, but, appellant it appears once again on 5 December 2018 secured leave of this court differently constituted for extension of time to appeal. 2.0 The facts 2.1 The facts are that on 13 August 2008, seven accused persons including appellant, armed with offensive weapons invaded the premises of the complainant company, Sunlight Engineering Company Limited at the Light Industrial Area, Tema.
