The instant motion is a repeat application by the Plaintiffs/Appellants/Applicants (hereinafter referred to as the Applicants) for “an order staying the execution of the judgment and any orders delivered and made by the High Court on 22nd day of February 2019, pending the hearing and determination of the Appeal filed before the Court of Appeal, Kumasi”. The motion is supported by an affidavit. The Defendants/Respondents/Respondents (hereinafter referred to as the Respondents) are opposed to the application as shown by their affidavit in opposition. The Applicants have deposed that their suit against the Respondents was dismissed by the High Court, Kumasi on the 22nd February 2019 which went ahead to enter judgment in favour of the Respondents on their counterclaim.
