ASIEDU, JA. This is an appeal by the Plaintiffs/Appellants (hereinafter referred to as the Appellants) against the judgment of the High Court, Kumasi delivered on the 31st July 2019, in favour of the Defendants/Respondents (hereinafter referred to as the Respondents). On the 14th October 2010, the Appellants caused a writ of summons to issue against the Respondents for: (a) An order for declaration of title to a parcel of land situate at a place commonly called Detieso and Ntetimu Nkwanta on Nyinataase Stool land in the Ejisu Traditional Area of Ashanti and bounded by the properties of Kwadwo Kwah of Detibre, Nana Kwasi Oppong of Banso, Kofi Agyei, Asonahene of Nyinataase, Abena Abon of Donaso, Opanin Akwantinfe of Odaho, Nana Kwadwo Nkrumah of Nyinataase and Maame Pokuaa of Ejisu. (b) An order for the recovery of possession of the said land in dispute. (c) And a further order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants from having anything to do with the land in disp...
