WELBOURNE, J.A This is an appeal against the judgment of the Circuit Court dated 9th February, 2018. Background: The Petitioner/Respondent (hereinafter referred to as the Petitioner) filed a divorce petition on the 7th October, 2015 against the Respondent/Appellant (hereinafter referred to as the Appellant). The Petition was amended after leave of the court on 10th February, 2016 and filed on 11th February, 2016. The amended petition contained the following reliefs: a. Dissolution of the ordinance marriage between the parties. b. Custody of the issues of the marriage should be given to the Petitioner with reasonable access to the Respondent. c. That the Respondent should be compelled to maintain the issues of the marriage but not limited to the payment of school fees and medical bills as and when it falls due. d.
