DZAMEFE, JA This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court Accra dated the 15th day of February, 2018. The 1st defendant/appellant will be referred to simply as the appellant though out and the plaintiff and 2nd defendant simply as the respondents. The plaintiff/respondent Nii Joseph Torgbor Obodai I issued this writ against the defendants for the following reliefs; - a. Recovery of possession of all that land situate, lying and being at Ogbojo, Accra containing approximately area of 2.20 hectare (5.44 acres) more or less being parcel No. 2909 block 7, as delineated n Registry Map No. 019/069/1995 in the Land Title Registry. b.
