BRIGHT MENSAH JA This appeal has arisen as a result of disagreement with the judgment of the High Court, Accra (General Jurisdiction) delivered 21/03/2016 in which case the learned trial judge found for the defendants/respondents on their counterclaim but dismissed the claim of the plaintiffs/appellants. The plaintiffs/appellants had sued for: 1. Declaration of title to H/No. 10 Jomo Street, South La Estates, Accra 2. Recovery of possession 3. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants their assigns, servants, workmen or any person claiming through them from entering or interfering in anyway with H/No. 10 Jomo Street South La Estate, Accra. 4. Damages. The defendants/respondents having been served with the plaintiffs/ appellants’ writ, filed their defence denying substantially the claim, and counterclaimed against the plaintiffs/appellants as follows: a. Declaration that H/No. 10 Jomo Street, South La Estates, Accra belongs to the Estate of the late J.....
