SOWAH, J.A.: This appeal is against a Ruling of the trial Circuit Court dated 8th July 2016 which dismissed an application by the respondent/appellant herein for the appointment of a Valuer for the valuation of a house previously declared by the court to belong to the petitioner and respondent equally. Background Facts The petitioner/respondent in this appeal, who will hereafter be called the Respondent, filed a petition for divorce at the Circuit Court on 15th February 2011 alleging that she and the Respondent/Appellant [hereafter referred to as the Appellant] had been married under Moslem tradition for over 30 years. 26 years ago, that is, as at the time of the petition, the appellant had left for Lebanon and only returned in 1997.
