DZAMEFE, JA By an application for writ of summons filed at the District Court Ashtown, Kumasi, the Plaintiff claims from the defendant, title to all that plot No. 32, Block O, Oforikrom/Kumasi which the defendant has trespassed unto and erected a structure on portion of the plot. She also claims for damages for trespass and an order for the demolition of the storerooms. The defendant pleaded not liable. The court ordered both parties to submit documents covering the land together with pictures of the site. After the trial, the District Court entered judgment for the plaintiff against the defendant. The court declared the plaintiff has title to the disputed land situate at Oforikrom, Kumasi plot 32 Block “O”. The defendant was ordered to remove the structures on the land at his own cost, plaintiff to recover possession within 3 months and GH¢500 awarded against the defendant as damages for trespass.
