Kyei Baffour J.A: On the 25th of October, 2012 the High Court, Land Division, Accra dismissed the reliefs sought by the Plaintiffs/Appellants (hereinafter referred to as Plaintiffs) and entered judgment for the Defendant/Respondent (hereinafter referred to as the Defendant). The Plaintiffs claiming to be the administrators of the estate of Theresa Yarley Addo-Quaye (decd), had sought the following reliefs endorsed on their amended writ: a.
