ASIEDU, JA. In this Notice of Preliminary Legal Objection filed on behalf of the Respondents to the Appeal before this Court, counsel submits that the Written Submissions filed by the Appellant on the 20th February 2020 and served on the 21st February 2020 is a nullity because the Written Submissions “preceded the transmission of the Record” of Appeal. What counsel fails to tell the Court is the date on which Civil Form 6 was served on the Appellant. For, under Rule 20(1) of the Court of Appeal Rules, 1997, CI.19, an Appellant who is served with Civil Form 6 has 21 days to file his Written Submission. The said rule provides as follows: 20.
