My Lords, this is an appeal against the decision of the High Court, Kumasi delivered on the 30th May 2018 in which the trial High Court Judge entered judgment in favour of the Plaintiff herein against the Defendant. The judgment of the High Court can be found from page 313 to page 349 of the Record of Appeal (ROA). THE NOTICE OF APPEAL: We wish to register our dissatisfaction for, and displeasure with the manner in which the Notice of Appeal, which was filed on the 26th June 2018, was carelessly prepared by counsel for the Appellant. It is clear that not only did counsel fail to give a professional touch to the preparation of the Notice of Appeal but counsel failed altogether to spend even a few minutes to read through the Notice of Appeal after its preparation, This is so because upon reading through the judgment, one is left in no doubt that the High Court Judge found for the Plaintiff/Respondent against the Defendant/Appellant, yet, counsel for the Appellant describe...
