BRIGHT MENSAH JA: The Accra High Court (Land Division) on the 26th day of February 2018, entered judgment in favour of the plaintiff company in a matter in which it has issued a writ against the defendant company, claiming the judicial reliefs stated hereunder: 1. Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land being 48. 733 acres in size, situate at Akweiman in the Ga South District of the Greater Accra Region of Ghana and delineated on the site plan attached to9 the respondent’s title deed which land has been trespassed upon by the defendant. 2. An order of interlocutory injunction to restrain the defendant, agents, privies and assigns from entering unto the land until the final determination of this suit. 3. Recovery of possession 4.
